Becoming a ZEN!
Meet The Broker
Your initial meeting with the broker is your first step in gathering all required information about the company, our culture, tools, systems and training available and also get all your questions answered!.
Paperwork
Once you decide on becoming a ZEN, you'll receive required paperwork to transfer your license and sign our independent contract agreement or we will help apply for a new license incase you are a new agent.
Onboarding
You will be onboarded by our staff on all the systems and software platforms. We will help create all your accounts, order your business cards, nametags and setup your website and CRM systems to get you up and running in no time!
Training
We will provide complete access to all the training material, access to coach, company intranet and help with learning all the systems and software platforms. If you are a new agent, you will also be mentored by your broker with your initial transactions.
